I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. A no-show occurs when you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment. Of course, there are exceptions and it is a case by case basis, but ultimately if you don’t show for a time slot that I cannot fill because it’s last minute, I do not get paid. Please give ample time for cancellations if at all possible so I can try to fill the spot.
